LETTER OF ASSEVERATION: SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2022 Intertek Italia S.p.A. (Intertek), a leading provider of Total Quality Assurance solutions for worldwide industries, has verified that the Sustainability Report of Tecnostrutture S.r.L for the year 2022 contains an adequate representation of impacts, strategies and sustainability performances of the company, with respect to GRI reporting principles and stakeholders' expectations. |

ISO14001:2015 CERTIFICATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Tecnostrutture has obtained the compliance of its environmental management system with the ISO 14001:2015 standard. ISO 14001 is an international standard of voluntary adhesion that specifies the requirements of an environmental management system. Tecnostrutture has voluntarily carried out an analysis considering the environmental aspects to be managed and defined a company policy in environmental matters. The adoption of a certified environmental management system allows Tecnostrutture to facilitate the reduction of waste (water consumption, energy resources, etc.) and is a guarantee of a systematic and prearranged approach to environmental emergencies. |

ISO9001:2015 CERTIFICATION FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF SYSTEM QUALITY RINA, the prestigious certification entity, has recognised Tecnostrutture with the conformity of its own management system for quality with Standard ISO 9001:2015 for design, production and installation of precast manufactured products made of concrete, steel and a mix of the two, as well as NPS® System metal truss beams made of steel-concrete. |

ISO 3834 CERTIFICATION FOR PRODUCTION AND DESIGN RINA, the prestigious certification body, has recognised Tecnostrutture's compliance of its environmental management system with the ISO 3834-2:2021 standard for the production and design of steel beams, steel columns and steelwork. |

CE MARKING - PLANT PRODUCTION CONTROL CERTIFICATION ACCORDING TO EN 1090-1 Tecnostrutture is the first Italian company certified by the Veritas Bureau, the first Italian entity qualified for decree by the Economic Development Ministry, for Infrastructure and Interiors, and notified in the European Union for granting plant production control certification according to En 1090-1. The harmonised Standard EN 1090-1 of 17th December 2010 permits CE marking from 1 January 2011, and sustainable impact on all producers that work elements of metal fabrication for structural use, with the ends of guaranteeing in the full spirit of CPD-CPR (Products for Construction Directive and Products for Construction Regulation), quality in terms of metal product technical requirements on the national and European market. The CE marking substitutes the Technical Service Central certificate for metal product producers, which can no longer be used from 1st July 2014 (The end of the "co-existing" period between national and community regulations). |

CONFORMITY TO QUALITY REQUIREMENTS FOR WELDING The welding process is a distinct element of NPS® member production. It has thus become important to guarantee that the welding is carries out in efficiently, and that appropriate controls are carried out on all aspects which influence the process. In this context, Standards of the UNI EN ISO 3834 series represent a valid instrument available to the producer to keep the elements that influence welding quality under control, and to give external visibility using this certification. |

STEEL TRANSFOMATION CENTRE CERTIFICATE In conformity to NTC 2018, the Central Technical Service of the Upper Council of Public Works has granted Tecnostrutture the certificate of decree of transformation centre activity in lieu of the file of inherent company documentation in regards to meeting requirements by the Standard for working steel for a workshop to produce metal fabrication. |

QUALIFICATION FOR THE EXECUTION OF PUBLIC WORKS CERTIFICATE Below, before the new Italian legislation for public works materials came into force, Tecnostrutture had obtained a qualification certificate granted by CQOP SOA for categories OS13 and OS18. This qualification certificate constitutes proof of the existence of qualified technical and financial requirements for the purpose of entrusting public works. |

ENVIRONMAENTALLY SUSTAINABLE LEED VALIDATION Tecnostrutture is a full member of Green Building Council Italy, an association that follows the diffusion of Green Building using the LEED system, protocol developed during an experience more than a decade ago at USGBC in the United States. All Tecnostrutture products - NPS® ECOTRAVE®, NPS® Beams, and NPS® PDTI® and NPS® PTC® Columns - can contribute to the acquisition of credits for LEED certification, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, the only environmentally sustainable validation that certifies the environmental-energy of a building. |
